Overland Track

There are several good places to stay along the Overland Track. The huts are rustic and provide the basics. They do not have electricity, permanent heaters, or enough sleeping space for everyone. Camping is also available along the Overland Track, and it is a much more excellent experience than staying in a hut. However, you should ensure a tent or other suitable camping equipment.

Ausable Chasm

You can hike to Ausable Chasm if you want to take in some of the area’s most amazing views. The Ausable Chasm trail offers various hikes that take you down into the chasm. This hike is not overly challenging, but it does have some steep sections. In winter, the campground near the depth is an excellent place to camp.

Muliwai Trail

If you’re looking for a challenging hike, try the Muliwai Trail, often referred to as the “Z-Trail” because of its steep switchbacks. The walk is well worth the effort, as it provides breathtaking views and a glimpse of Hi’ilawe Falls. The trail begins at the base of the cliff on the opposite side of Waipio Valley, where you can find a shaded path to a dual trailhead.

Percorsi Occitania

If you’re looking for some hiking trails in France, the region of Occitanie is a great place to start. The area boasts over 40,000 kilometers of trails marked with green, blue, and yellow markers. Whether you’re looking for a simple hike or a challenging track, there are trails for all levels and abilities.

Point Lobos State Park

There are many good places to hike in Point Lobos State Park. This scenic coastal area is home to wildlife and sea animals, hiking, diving, and a whaling museum. This park is a must-see for any Californian.

Devil’s Hole

Hiking around Devil’s Hole State Park can be a great way to exercise while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. This beautiful park sits on the Mississippi River and boasts some of the most breathtaking waterfalls and rapids in the region.

Pratt Rock

If you are looking for a hike in the Finger Lakes region, Pratt Rock Park is worth a visit. It is home to historic carvings and an overlook with views of the Schoharie Valley. The park is on the National Register of Historic Places and is open all year round. The monument is named for Zadock Pratt, a banker, industrialist, and statesman.
